Privacy policy
Last updated: November 5, 2026
We take care of the information you share with us. Here is, in plain words, what we do with it.
Who is responsible
Your information is received and protected by Aplay América S.A., Av. Colón 3073, B7600FYX, Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina. For any question about your data, write to contacto@aplay.com.ar.
What we keep
What you enter in the contact form:
- your full name;
- the name of your company or organization;
- your email address;
- the services you are interested in;
- the message you write to us.
To protect the form from automated submissions we also record the country it was sent from and the browser used.
What we use it for
To answer your inquiry and, if you want to move forward, to prepare a proposal. We never add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to, and we do not sell or rent your information.
Who we share it with
No one, for their own purposes. It only goes through the services we use to host this site, receive the form and notify us by email (Cloudflare and our email provider), and only for that.
How long we keep it
For as long as our conversation lasts and, if it becomes a business relationship, for as long as that relationship continues. After that we delete it, except for anything the law requires us to keep.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to know how many people visit the site and which sections they find useful. It uses first-party measurement cookies; we do not use advertising cookies. You can block them in your browser settings and the site will keep working.
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is submitting it without asking you to solve puzzles or using your data for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, update or delete your information at any time by writing to contacto@aplay.com.ar. We will reply within the terms set by Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326.
The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as provided in section 14, subsection 3 of Law No. 25,326. The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the Supervisory Authority of Law No. 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with personal data protection regulations.
Changes to this policy
If we change it, you will see the new version on this page with an updated date.
